    For Food & Beverage Services:

    1. Ensure No Single-Use Items for food service stations (stirrers, sugar sachets, condiments, Mentos).
    2. Served a fully-vegetarian menu, with sourced provisions of organic, chemical-free farm vegetables from ethical organic farms in the Cameron Highlands. 
    3. Established arrangements for unconsumed food to be redistributed to charitable organizations and community partners.

    For Event Logistics:

    1. Reduced use of paper (minimal use of writing paper for the event).
    2. Reused name badges and lanyards (delegates' name badges are returned and kept for future use).
    3. Recycled paper nameplates.
    4. Reused fabric backdrop with metal frame.
