Professor Virginia Cha is an educator, mentor, and angel investor in Singapore’s entrepreneur ecosystem with close to 40 years of professional experiences in technology companies and new ventures. She is the creator of Restorative Innovation and is a highly sought-after Professor of Innovation & Entrepreneurship, with concurrent appointments as Professor-in-Residence, Platform E by SIM, Adjunct Professor at INSEAD, NUS Business School, SMART (Singapore MIT Alliance for Research & Technology) and Lean Launchpad@Singapore.
Virginia loves reading wuxia novels during her free time and holds a PhD in Innovation from the National University of Singapore.
Jovan Tan

Jovan has vast experiences in launching & consulting for both for-profit and non-profit enterprises. He is also the co-creator of Restorative Innovation and the founder of RIGHT Foundation, a non-profit think tank dedicated to advance and proliferate the body of knowledge of Restorative Innovation. In his previous roles, he has led special projects and built business units from scratch. More recently, he was also involved in venture capital, teaching, and research.
Jovan is also an Adjunct Lecturer with Platform E by SIM and he holds a Master of Science in Management from the National University of Singapore.
Dr Sandeep Tiwari
Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer
Dr. Sandeep Tiwari has extensive domain knowledge and experiences in the field of chemistry, biotechnology, biomedical engineering, materials science, and textiles. In his previous roles, he has managed high performing teams to develop, acquire and commercialize technologies. Sandeep is also a well-respected researcher and inventor with multiple papers published and patents under his name.
Sandeep is an avid badminton player and he holds a PhD in Material Science from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
